As Workflow Automation Manager (m/f/d) you utilize Airtable to develop customized applications, catering to both company-wide and team-specific requirements.
You engage with various teams to comprehensively understand their needs and requirements and you support with finding solutions.
You encourage and facilitate brainstorming sessions with teams to identify opportunities for applications and automation that would create value for the company.
You provide training sessions and educational resources to ensure teams are proficient in utilizing Airtable effectively.
You implement process automation solutions using Airtable to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency across the organization.
You address ad-hoc requests from teams, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely support as needed.
You implement robust error-handling mechanisms to ensure data integrity and system reliability within Airtable solutions.

Your strengths and qualifications:

You have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.
You have 3+ years proofen track of work experience with Airtable or similar database management tools to build applications and automate processes.
You are proficient in data modeling and database design concepts.
You show a strong understanding of business processes and workflows, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
You are very well known for your strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business processes and devise efficient solutions using database management tools.
You have excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
With your proactive mindset you are capable of identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation to drive organizational efficiency.
You show attention to detail, ensure accuracy and reliability in the development and implementation of Airtable applications and automation.
Adaptability and flexibility to navigate changing business requirements and priorities in a dynamic environment.
You are fluent in English, both written and spoken – any other language is a plus.

The minimum salary for this full-time position is EUR 45.000 gross per year.
