Develop and implement strategic Compensation & Benefits programs
Analyze market trends and perform benchmarking to ensure a competitive global compensation system
Design and implement remuneration concepts (e.g., variable compensation elements like STI, LTI, and employee stock programs) and develop relevant policies
Participate in the compensation committee of the Supervisory Board and advise the Supervisory Board on KION Executive Board compensation
Conduct job evaluations for the top 500 executives and regularly review compensation through benchmarking
Oversee the implementation and periodic adjustment of the global job catalog
Coordinate the integration of compensation concepts into our global HR system
Manage company pension schemes, ensuring an attractive system
Establish an HR Reporting and Analytics Hub for all HR metrics
Ensure a robust data foundation, compliant reporting, and data analysis using appropriate KPIs
Lead a team of Compensation & Benefits specialists and oversee the HR Controlling and Analytics team
